Note:

Here's how to get the Netflix and Annual subscription offer:

1. Sign in to My Verizon from a web browser (+play isn't available in the My Verizon app).
2. Click Shop, then sign in to +play.
   1. Note: You can view detailed steps to manage subscriptions in +play: Manage +play Subscriptions - My Verizon Website.
3. Click Learn More on the Buy Annual subscription, Get Netflix on us tile.
   1. Important: You can also purchase from the exclusive offers section in the Manage your subscriptions page.
4. Click Get it Now on the Annual subscription and Netflix Premium tile.
5. In the following screens:
   1. enter your service address (this screen may not appear if you previously entered the information)
   2. enter a valid payment method (this screen may not appear if you previously entered the information); and
      
   3. accept the terms and conditions in the Review and Accept page.
6. Now create your accounts:
   1. Create an Annual subscription account.
   2. You must creat and activate the Annual or Seasonal subscription first.
   3. Click the Annual subscription service tile to finish creating an account on their site.
   4. After creating the Annual subscription account,
      1. Under the Subscriptions tab you'll see Active subscriptions.
      2. Click Manage to activate the Netflix account.
         1. If you already have a Netflix subscription bought directly from Netflix, you'll be sent to the Netflix website and prompted to sign in with your current credentials.
            1. Follow the prompts to move your Netflix subscription to the +play platform.
         2. Enter your Netflix account email address and password, A confirmation of the transfer appears on Netflix.com.
         3. Your Netflix profile, viewing history and preferences stay intact.
      3. If you're in the middle of your Netflix billing cycle, you must call Netflix to get a refund of the remaining period of the billing cycle.
      4. After both services are set up, Annual subscription and Netflix Premium on Us appear under subscriptions to Manage your subscriptions.

Note: It may take up to 15 minutes for subscriptions to appear as active in the Manage tile.

You may not see the Netflix and Annual subscription offer for any of these reasons:

• You've taken advantage of another Netflix offer through +play and aren’t eligible for the offer.
• You already bought the participating seasonal or annual subscription through +play and aren't eligible for the offer.
• The promotion is no longer available.
  

Your one (1) year Netflix Premium offer period begins from the time of purchase and activation of the participating annual subscription:

• You're charged for the seasonal or annual subscription at time of activation of the Annual subscription. You will be billed the full cost of the Annual subscription upfront.
• If you don't activate your Annual subscription within the activation window (30 days), the Annual subscription and Netflix promotion are automatically canceled.
• After the Annual subscription term is over, you’re billed monthly at the then-current rate plus tax for the  subscription, unless you cancel.
• After the one year of Netflix Premium promotional period, you’ll be billed monthly at the then-current rate plus tax for the Netflix Premium subscription unless you cancel.

This promotional offer is non-refundable.

Yes. You can cancel the qualifying seasonal or annual subscription or the Netflix Premium promotion at any time:

• If you cancel the seasonal or annual subscription before the end of the initial billing period, you'll have access to the subscription until the end of the subscription year. (e.g., If you cancel after 5 months, you still have access to the annual subscription for the full 12 months).
• If you cancel Netflix Premium during the 1-year promotional period, you'll still have access for the remainder of the 1-year promotional period.
  • If you linked an existing Netflix account to your +play offer, cancellation of the Netflix subscription on +play won't automatically cancel the Netflix subscription through Netflix after the promotional period.
  • Netflix automatically resumes charging your existing payment method on file when the Netflix on us subscription through +play ends.
  • To review the details of the Netflix membership, visit your Account page on the Netflix website.

This promotional offer is non-refundable.

To cancel your offer subscription:

• Go to the Manage page on +play. Within the subscriptions section, select Netflix on Us and/or Annual subscription.
• On each of the tiles, to cancel the subscription, simply click the tile you would like to cancel. In the next screen click cancel.
• You'll see a notification that you’re unsubscribed, and will no longer be billed by +play for the offer.
