Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go or NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV with new Verizon Home Internet - redemption FAQs

To qualify for the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV (2023 - 2024 season) or Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go offer, you must sign up for a new, eligible 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus plan between 7/27/23 - 9/13/23.

One offer per eligible Verizon account. Offers available while supply lasts.

Note: Business or Prepaid customers aren't eligible for the offer. Verizon employees and salesmakers are not eligible for the offer.

After you activate your eligible Verizon Home Internet service, you will receive a redemption notice from Verizon. You must redeem the offer within 60 days of Verizon’s redemption notice to you.

You'll find the last day to redeem on the offer tile under Make the most of your plans on your My Verizon mobile account page.

You can sign in to My Verizon to choose your offer and scroll to Make the most of your plans to choose your offer. You'll also receive an email telling you when you can redeem your offer.

To redeem the offer:

1. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
2. Scroll down to Make the most of your plans and select the offer tile.
3. Choose either the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go or NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV option. Your choice is final.
4. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions and then select Claim offer.
5. Follow the steps to redeem your chosen offer.

You may not be able to find the tile to redeem the offer for any of these reasons:

• You've attempted to redeem prior to 8/11/23.
• The offer has already been redeemed.
• You missed the redemption deadline.

NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV is available to watch starting on 9/10/23.

Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the offer up to $449 plus tax if the eligible Verizon service and/or phone purchase is canceled before 2/29/24.

If you haven't redeemed, you’ll no longer qualify after you cancel your 5G Home Plus or LTE Home Plus plan.

5G Home Plus and LTE Home Plus customers will receive a notification asking you to renew your subscription.

After redemption, the typical shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks, though the delivery timeline can be up to 8 weeks.

Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the offer if the eligible service is canceled within 180 days after activation.
