Create a Template - Push to Talk Plus Contact Management Tool

Note A template can't be applied to an external contact.

  1. Log into the Push to Talk admin page via MYBIZ or Verizon Enterprise Center website.
  2. From the Account Maintenance tab, click Custom Applications.

  3. Click Access Push to Talk.

  4. From the Actions dropdown, click Create Template.

  5. From the Create Template screen:
    1. Enter a name for the template.
    2. Click Add Contacts, select the contacts then click Done.
    3. Click Select Contacts, select the contacts then click Done.
    4. Select Group(s).
      Note A maximum of 5 Groups can be selected.
    5. Select Sub Lists.
      Note Maximum of 5 Sub Lists can be selected.
    6. Click Create.
