Establishing/Terminating a Wi-Fi Connection to the Internet - VZAccess® Manager v7 (Windows®)

Note Verizon Wi-Fi requires VZAccess Manager v7.2 or higher. Refer to Download and Install VZAccess Manager for additional assistance.
  1. Launch VZAccess Manager.
    Note From the Windows desktop navigate: Start > Programs (All Programs) > VZAccess Manager.
    Note With Windows 10, click Start > Apps icon Apps Menu icon (located in the top-left corner) > All apps (located in the bottom-left corner) > VZAccess Manager.
  2. Ensure Verizon Wi-Fi Access is selected then click Connect Wi-Fi.
    Note Ensure the PC Card / USB modem / built-in module is connected or powered on.
  3. If presented, click Accept.
  4. If presented, click Connect.
  5. From the VZAccess Manager main screen, click Disconnect Wi-Fi to terminate the connection.
