Email Account Signature Settings - BlackBerry®

Using BlackBerry Enterprise Server or BlackBerry Desktop Redirector:

  1. Launch the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
    Click Start > Programs (All Programs) > BlackBerry > Desktop Manager.
  2. Click Email Settings.
  3. Ensure the Auto signature field is blank then click OK.


Using BlackBerry Internet Service:

  1. Connect to the Internet then navigate to the Blackberry Internet Service website.
  2. Log into the account.
  3. Click the Edit icon for the preferred email account.
  4. Ensure the Signature field is blank then click Save.
