Download and Install VZAccess® Manager - Macintosh

 Installing VZAccess Manager requires Administrator privileges on a Mac® OSX notebook computer and may not function correctly if installed on an account without these privileges. Once installed via an Administrator, it can be used by any user.
  1. Close all open apps.
  2. Launch an Internet browser and navigate to VZ Access Manager
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the appropriate software for your hardware/operating system.
  4. Locate then double-click the downloaded file.

  5. Launch the VZAccess Manager installer package.

  6. Click Continue.
  7. From the 'Welcome to the VZAccess Manager...' screen, click Continue.
  8. From the 'Important Information' screen, click Continue.
  9. From the 'Software License Agreement' screen, click Continue.
  10. To continue the installation, click Agree.
  11. Ensure the desired destination drive (typically Macintosh Hard Drive) is selected then click Continue.
  12. Click Install.
  13. If prompted, enter the Name/Password used to log into the computer then click OK.
    Note If presented with 'Type an administrator's name and password to make changes...', enter the information. If you do not have the credentials, contact your system administrator.
  14. Click Continue Installation.
  15. Click Yes to create an alias on the Desktop.
  16. Click Restart to restart the computer.
