Verizon Cloud - Android™ Smartphone - Reset App

Note If your Verizon Cloud app crashes, resets the device or is unresponsive, follow these steps to reset the app (doesn't erase data stored in the Cloud or on the device).

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings Settings icon.
    Note If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Application Manager (Apps, App Manager).
  3. From the 'All Apps' section, tap Verizon Cloud.
  4. Tap Force stop then tap Clear data.
    Note If unavailable, tap Storage then tap Clear data.
  5. Power the device off then back on.
  6. From the Home screen, navigate Apps > Verizon Cloud Verizon Cloud icon.
    Note If prompted to upgrade to the latest version, refer to Update Apps - Play Store™.
  7. Follow the on screen prompts to sign in.
