Factory Data Reset (Powered On) - GizmoPal® 2 by LG
A factory data reset may help with a blank or frozen screen, apps crashing or freezing, keypad/touchscreen problems, can't hear, device making noises, can't make or receive calls, and device won't sync.
Connect the Gizmo device to the charger or a computer via the USB cable.
Ensure the device is powered on.
Quickly press the Play key 5 times.
When you hear the voice message instruct you that you have entered Factory Reset mode and to "press the play button again to reset GizmoPal," press the Play key.
A voice message tells the user that the GizmoPal is resetting.
Press the Call key if you mistakenly initiated Factory Reset mode and want to cancel.
Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
