Windows® 10 - Data Roaming

These instructions help when you have no internet or network connection or can't send or receive email, text, pics or videos.

Caution Enabling data roaming may incur roaming charges.

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon (located in the lower-left) > Network & Internet.
    Note If the Windows Settings options are not visible, tap or click the Settings Home icon Settings Home icon (located in the upper-left) to go to the Settings home page.
    Note Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select the on-screen options.
  2. From the left-pane, select Cellular.

  3. From the Cellular section (located on the right), select Verizon Wireless (LTE).

  4. Ensure that "Connect automatically" is selected (checked) then select Allow roaming.
    Note Selected when a check mark is present.

  5. Select Connect to save the settings.
