Samsung Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016) - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Accounts.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap Email.
  3. Tap the email account.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper right):
    Note For Prepaid device, tap More.
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
