One Talk℠ Portal - View / Update Schedule

Note Notes:

  • Any hours not included in the business schedule default to the configuration for after hours.
  • Holidays schedules can only be created in all day increments and take effect for the entire day(s) scheduled.

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. From the Product Tools section, click One Talk.

  4. From the Quick tasks section, click View/Update Schedule.

  5. From the Schedule Name column, click the desired schedule to view it.

  6. To update a schedule, click Update Schedule.

  7. If necessary, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the desired transaction then click Submit.
    Note Schedules must be created for the hours you wish the call routing to follow (e.g., route calls via Selective Call Forward from 6 pm to 8 am).
