Hum x by Verizon - Web Portal - Delete a Speed Alert

Note Only the Hum x primary account holder can delete a speed alert.

  1. Navigate to the customer web portal (www.hum.com).
  2. Click Sign in (located in the upper-right).
  3. Enter your username (email) and password then click sign in.
  4. Locate the Alerts section of the HUM Dashboard (to the right of the map).
    Note The Speed Alerts tab is deplayed by default.

  5. To view active Speed Alerts, click the Expansion icon (upper-right corner) or Speed Alerts (at the bottom).

  6. Click the Edit icon (located to the right of the alert you wish to edit).

  7. Click Delete (bottom of screen).
