Pixel™, Phone by Google - Activate HD Voice

Caution Caution:

  • HD Voice isn't recommended if you use a 1X/3G Network Extender or a TTY/TDD device.
  • HD Voice on the smartphone must be turned on if you use a 4G Network Extender.

Note Requirements:

  • must be in the Verizon 4G LTE coverage area.
  • must have HD Voice capable devices and be set up for HD Voice service.

  1. Navigate to HD Voice then click Go to My Verizon.
    Note Sign in using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number with the account owner or manager access priviledges.
  2. Click Get It Now then follow the onscreen instructions to complete activation.
  3. Ensure HD Voice is enabled on the device.
