Sign in to the Admin Page - SmartHub with Voice

This helps navigate to the admin page or if you've forgotten the admin password for your device.

Caution Caution:

  • Ensure you have an active connection (wired or wireless) between the SmartHub and the device with which you're attempting to access the admin page.
  • If the Wi-Fi connection has been previously disabled through the admin page, you may not be able to enable it after a Factory Reset is completed.

 

  1. Establish a Wi-Fi network connection with a device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
    Note Wi-Fi name and password can be obtained via the SmartHub's external display.
    Note If connecting to a computer, select the appropriate operating system for assistance:
  2. Launch a web page then enter my.smarthub into the URL address field.
    Note Alternatively, enter 192.168.1.1 into the URL address field.
  3. Enter the admin password then click Sign In.
    Note The default admin password can be obtained via the SmartHub's external display.
