One Talkā„  Portal - Account Codes

Note Account Codes are a feature of One Talk that allows a company to put in a code that is either “mandatory” or “optional” to put in front of a regular call digit pattern (e.g., law firms to track time spent on client calls) or a code to dial international calls to track these calls.

  1. Log in to My Business.
  2. Click Features then click Account Codes.

  3. Click Create Code.

  4. Enter the account code and account code description then click Submit.

  5. To add users to a specific code:
    1. Click Manage/Assign Users.
      Create code
    2. Add the appropriate MDN of the users to use the code for outbound calls.
