Kyocera DuraXV LTE - Manage Data Usage

To change the data usage cycle on your device, view data usage and set data warnings and limits, view this info.

Caution Data usage info provided by the device may differ from actual usage. For data usage info provided by Verizon Wireless, call #DATA (#3282) from the device or refer to the My Verizon website.

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
    Note Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  5. Select Cellular Networks.

  6. Select Data Usage.
    Select Data Usage
  7. Select Data usage settings.
    Select Data Usage Settings
  8. Select from the following options to configure as preferred: Select an option

Monthly Data Cycle

Select a Monthly date cycle (e.g., 2, 3, 4, etc.) the select Set.
Note Refer to the My Verizon website for billing cycle date.
Select Monthly Date Cycle



  1. Highlight an option then select Set:
    • On
    • Off
    Select Set
  2. If the Alert is turned on, select Alert size.
    Select Alert Size
  3. Enter an alert gigabyte limit then select Save.
    Select Save



Caution Mobile data (cellular data) is disabled upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the red limit line. To continue to utilize apps dependant upon a data connection (e.g., Browser, Email, Market, etc.), a Wi-Fi connection can be used or Mobile data must be manually re-enabled (overage charges may apply).

  1. Highlight an option then select Set:
    • On
      • Read the data limit info then select OK
    • Off
    Select Set
  2. If On is selected, read the data limit info then select OK.
    Select OK
  3. If the Limit is turned on, select Limit size.
    Select Limit Size
  4. Enter an size gigabyte limit then select Save.
    Select Save
