Your Emergency Address (E911) must match the USPS registry. An alternative address is provided if the address entered doesn't match the USPS address database.
To validate an address, use the USPS Zip Code tool.
If the address can't be validated then enter an alternative address via our website. For your safety, any alternate address used to activate the line or change the device ID must be in the same zip code or county as the address that couldn't be validated.
