Download / Install / Upgrade Apps - App Center - BlackBerry®

If on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), restrictions may be in place that prevent downloading and installing apps. Contact the BES Administrator for assistance.

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button.
  2. Select Application Center.
  3. Select the appropriate app.
    Depending upon device software version and hardware capabilities, the list of available apps may vary.
    The apps depicted below are merely an example.
    • If the app is not listed, select the Refresh List icon (in the upper-right).
  4. Select Install/Upgrade.
  5. Follow the step-by-step instructions to begin the download.
    Depending upon the app selected, the number of steps (e.g., license agreement, language selection, etc.) may vary.
  6. Ensure Set Application Permissions is selected (check mark) then select Download.
  7. Ensure all permissions are set to Allow, press the Menu button then select Save.
  8. If presented, select Yes.
  9. Select OK.
