Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 - Edit a User Account

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts and backup Accounts and backup icon > Users.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To edit a full access user account:
      1. Select the appropriate user name from the Users and profiles section.
      2. Edit the name.
      3. Tap OK.
    • To edit a restricted access user account:
      Note Restricted access accounts can only be edited by the Owner account (the first account used to access the device).
      1. Ensure that you're signed in to the Owner account.
        Note If necessary, swipe up or down from the center of a Home screen then navigate: Settings > Accounts and backup  > Users then select the Owner account.
      2. If necessary, navigate back to the Users screen then tap the Settings icon settings icon located to the right of the account name.
      3. From the Application/content restrictions section, configure the restrictions as desired.
        Note Turn on Switch on to allow access to an app or turn off Switch off to restrict access.
