Note Notes:


  1. Connect the device to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
    1. If prompted to allow access to your data, tap Allow.
    2. Touch and hold the Status bar (at the top) then drag to the bottom.

    3. From the Android system iconAndroid System section, ensure Transferring files is selected.
      Note If necessary, select the current option (e.g., Charging phone only, Transferring images, etc.) then tap Transferring files.
  2. Launch File Explorer or Windows Explorer.
    Note Using the computer keyboard, press Windows+E ( windows key logo+E) keys.
    Note Alternatively, right-click Start then click Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer.
  3. Using File or Windows Explorer, navigate: Galaxy S10 > Phone.
    note Galaxy S10 is listed under the Portable Devices section.
    Note If the files are stored on the memory card, navigate: Galaxy S10 > Card then choose the location of the files.
  4. Utilize the computer to copy video or picture files from the following folders into the desired folder(s) on the computer's hard drive:
    • DCIM\Camera
    • Download
    • Movies
    • Pictures
  5. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
