Note Notes:

  • Data usage info provided by the device may differ from actual usage. For data usage info provided by Verizon, call #DATA (#3282) from the device or refer to the My Verizon website.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Network & internet Network and Internet icon > Data usage Data usage icon.
  3. From the Mobile section, tap Billing cycle and data warning then do any of the following:
    • Change Data Usage Cycle:
      1. Tap App data usage cycle.
      2. Select the Usage cycle reset date then tap SET.
        Note Refer to the My Verizon website for billing cycle date.
    • Set Mobile Data warning:
      Note A notification message appears upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the gray warning line.
      1. Tap the Alert me switch to turn on Switch on.
      2. Enter the desired level (e.g., 2.0 GB, etc.) then tap SET.
    • Set Mobile Data Limit:
      Caution Mobile / Cellular data is disabled upon reaching the specified data limit. To continue to use apps that require a data connection (e.g., Browser, Email, etc.), Wi-Fi can be used or the mobile data limit must be manually adjusted (overage charges may apply).
      1. Tap the Limit switch to turn on Switch on.
      2. Enter the desired level (e.g., 2.0 GB, etc.) then tap SET.
