Apple® iPad® - Recover Cellular Data Account Password

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Settings > Cellular Data > Manage Verizon Account.
  2. From the Login Information screen, tap Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the required verification info then select Next.
    • Last 4 digits of credit card
    • Billing ZIP code
  4. Select OK.
    An email with a temporary password is sent to the address on file.
  5. Enter the new password.
  6. Re-enter the new password to verify then tap Next.
