  4. What has changed on the new Verizon Plan Unlimited?

On top of the great features you already enjoy with the new Verizon Plan Unlimited, we've added some more at no extra cost. More features. Same bill. All on America's best 4G LTE network.

    Here's what's changed:

    • More 4G LTE data for Mobile Hotspot and Jetpacks: You now have an allowance of 15 GB (previously 10 GB) of 4G LTE data before it's reduced to speeds up to 600 Kpbs.

    • Unlimited HD video:
      • 720p for smartphones
      • 1080p for tablets
  5. How many devices can I have on the new Verizon Plan Unlimited?

This depends if you have the multi-line plan or single line plan.

    Multi-line

    • 10 smartphones, basic phones, Jetpacks or tablets
    • 20 connected devices (.e.g, Palm, smartwatch, etc.)

    Single-line

    • 1 smartphone or basic phone
    • 2 Jetpacks, tablets or connected devices
  6. What happens once I've used the 15 GB limit for Mobile Hotspot or Jetpack?

With the new Verizon Plan Unlimited, you get a 15 GB allowance of high-speed 4G LTE data for Mobile Hotspot and Jetpacks each billing cycle. Once you've used the 15 GB of 4G LTE data, your Mobile Hotspot data speed will be reduced to up to 600 Kbps for the rest of the billing cycle. Data will continue to be unlimited while your Mobile Hotspot is reduced to up to 600 Kbps.

  7. What happens after I use 22 GB of data?

Most of the time you'll continue to enjoy the same great network experience once your line exceeds 22 GB during your billing cycle.

If you've already used 22 GB on a particular line during your current billing cycle, and are on a cell site that is congested at that moment, your download may be temporarily queued behind other Verizon Wireless customers, which may result in slower download speeds relative to another Verizon Wireless customer's experience on the same cell site at that moment.

The Verizon Plan Unlimited is no longer available to add to accounts.
