Hoy Health discounts for wireless customers FAQs

New or current Verizon wireless customers are eligible for Hoy Health discounts, including:

• Telemedicine consultations in Spanish or English.
• Discounted prescriptions and kits for the management of chronic conditions.

There are no monthly fees and no health insurance policy is required to participate in Hoy Health's discount program.

Hoy Health is not health insurance and is not intended to replace health insurance coverage.

Note: Prepaid accounts, business accounts and customers subscribing only to Verizon Fios Internet, TV & Home Phone are not eligible for this offer.

Verizon wireless customers can get the following additional discounts from Hoy Health:

• HoyDOC - An additional 35% discount on telemedicine consultations with bilingual (English and Spanish) US-based physicians. If the physician prescribes a medication, a 1 month supply is included in the price of the consultation (medication needs to be from a group of 600 pre-specified generic medications).
• HoyRX – An additional 10% discount on a new prescription medication voucher program that offers the opportunity to buy from more than 3,700 generic medications at low standardized prices, between $10 and $40. The voucher is redeemable in more than 65,000 pharmacies across the country. Consumers can also purchase prescriptions for family members in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Dominican Republic. In these countries, the medication is delivered at home through affiliated local pharmacies.
• HoyLIFEKITS - An additional 10% discount on already discounted management kits for chronic medical conditions, including diabetes and hypertension care.

Also, all Verizon wireless customers can register for a free HoySAVE prescription discount card that can be used to get up to 80% discounts on branded and generic prescriptions filled at most pharmacies in the US and its territories, including Puerto Rico.

You can qualify for the Hoy Health discount if you are:

• A new or existing Verizon wireless customer.
• An existing Hoy Health member, and you are currently a Verizon wireless customer or if you sign up as a new Verizon wireless customer.

You can share your discount with up to 9 other family members within your account.

You must complete program registration on Hoy Health's website. You can only have 1 Hoy Health registration for each Verizon account.

Note: Prepaid wireless accounts, business accounts and customers subscribing only to Verizon Fios Internet, TV & Home Phone are not eligible.

If you are not currently a Verizon wireless customer, you need to open a new Verizon wireless account to qualify for this discount program.

1. Visit the Verizon Hoy Health Get Started page and select Join Verizon.
2. Follow instructions to set up your new Verizon wireless account.
3. After you have completed setting up your Verizon wireless account, return to the Verizon Hoy Health Get Started page and select Enroll Now to start your Hoy Health enrollment.
4. You'll be prompted to sign in to your My Verizon wireless account. Only the Verizon Account Owner or Account Manager can register for the Hoy Health discount program.
5. Review the Terms & Conditions.
6. Select Go to Hoy Health.
7. Complete the steps on the Hoy Health website to finish your registration.
8. You'll receive an email confirming that you are registered for the discount.

Only the Verizon Account Owner or Account Manager can enroll in the Hoy Health discount program through My Verizon.

Yes. If you are already a member of Hoy Health, you can still get the Verizon Hoy Health discount program. You must have a Verizon wireless account to qualify.

Visit the Verizon Hoy Health Get Started page to sign up for the discount.

If you are already a Verizon wireless customer:

• Select Enroll now at the Verizon Hoy Health Get Started page and follow instructions to register for the discount program on the Hoy Health website. The Verizon Hoy Health discount will be linked to your current Hoy Health membership after you sign in with your current Hoy Health account information.

If you are not already a Verizon wireless customer:

• Select Join Verizon and follow instructions to sign up for a Verizon wireless account.

When you register for the Verizon Hoy Health discount program, you can share discounts with up to 9 other family members within your account.

Once you register with Hoy Health, you can get a discount code that you can share with family members.

Once you disconnect your Verizon service, you are no longer eligible for the discount program.

You can remain a Hoy Health customer, but you will no longer receive the additional discounts you receive as a Verizon wireless customer.

When you sign up for the Verizon wireless discount program, you will get an email confirming your enrollment.

If you suspend your Verizon wireless service, your Hoy Health discount will stay in effect throughout the suspension period. If you cancel Verizon service, your Hoy Health discount immediately ends.

You don't need to cancel your Hoy Health account if you are no longer a Verizon wireless customer. You can continue to use Hoy Health products and services at regular prices.
