Contacts are automatically updated during the setup process.
The following steps apply to the most recent version so ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date.
Tap the Verizon Cloud icon .
Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).
Tap Content Restore.
Select any of the following then tap Restore (lower-right):
Selected when in the green position or checkmark present.
If the word Restore or the option for a specific content type is grayed out or not present (e.g., Music, Documents, etc.), it is an indication there is no content available to be restored to the device.
