Verizon Cloud - Apple® iPhone® - Restore Content

Caution If changing to a new device, ensure the content from the old device is backed up before activating the new device. For more information, refer to Verizon Cloud - Manage Settings.

Note Notes:

  • Contacts are automatically updated during the setup process.
  • The following steps apply to the most recent version so ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date.

 

  1. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).
    Tap the Navigation Menu Icon
  3. Tap Settings.
    Tap Settings
  4. Tap Tools.
    Tap Tools
  5. Tap Content Restore.
    Tap Content Restore
  6. Select any of the following then tap Restore (lower-right):
    Note Selected when in the green position or checkmark present.
    Note If the word Restore or the option for a specific content type is grayed out or not present (e.g., Music, Documents, etc.), it is an indication there is no content available to be restored to the device.
    • Photos
    • Videos
    • Wi-Fi Only
    • Wi-Fi + Mobile Network
    Tap Restore
