Push to Talk Plus - App Settings

Note Ensure the PTT+ app has been updated to the most recent version for Android® or iOS.

Alert Settings

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Push To Talk+ app or navigate: Apps > Push To Talk+.
  2. From a Home tab, tap the Menu icon Menu icon then tap Settings Settings menu icon.
  3. For any of the following, tap the appropriate switch to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon:
    • Vibrate Call
    • Vibrate Alert
    • Message Alert
  4. Tap Instant Personal Alert then tap an alert option (i.e., Tone and display, Tone only, Display only, Off).
  5. Tap Missed Call Alert then tap an alert option (i.e., Tone and display, Tone only, Display only, Off).
  6. Tap Alert Repeat then select a repeat duration (i.e., Once, Repeat, Continuous.).
    Caution This setting has a significant impact on battery life.
  7. Tap Message Alert Tone then tap a tone (e.g., Alert 1, Alert 2, etc.) to enable.

Other Settings

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Push To Talk+ app or navigate: Apps > Push To Talk+.
  2. From a Home tab, tap the Menu icon Menu icon
  3. Tap the Use Wi-Fi switch to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
  4. From the menu tap Settings Settings menu icon.
  5. For any of the following, tap the appropriate switch to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon:
    Note Options may vary depending upon device.
    • Background Mode
    • Call Reconnect Tone
    • Speaker
    • Auto Start
    • Auto Download
    • Use Bluetooth
  6. Tap Contact Sorting then select a sort option (i.e., By Alphabetical, By Availability.).
  7. Tap History Sorting then select a sort option (i.e., Newest on top, Newest on bottom.).
