Health App - Apple® iPhone® - Add Health Data to Dashboard

The Health app gives an easy-to-read dashboard of your health and fitness data.

Note The Health app requires iOS 8 or later on an iPhone 4S or later.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Health.

  2. Tap Health Data.

  3. Select the health data type (e.g. Body Measurements, Fitness, Nutrition, etc.).

  4. Select the health data (e.g., Fitness: Active Energy, Steps, Workouts, etc.).

  5. Tap the Show on Dashboard switch to turn on Switch On or off Switch Off.
    Note The selected health data displays on the dashboard if the switch is on.
