The My Verizon app is only available for Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher and Android® devices 4.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.
Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
From the main screen of the My Verizon app, tap the Menu icon (upper-left).
If multiple devices display, tap Manage for the appropriate device.
Tap Edit Share Name ID.
If prompted, enter your password then tap Sign in.
To continue, enter a name then tap (check) I accept the Terms and Conditions.
