Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Notification Settings - Moto Z Play Droid Edition

View this info if you're not getting notifications for your corporate email.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Users & accounts.
  2. Tap Corporate.
  3. Tap Account settings.
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. From the Notifications settings section, tap Email notifications to enable or disable.
    Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
    1. If enabled, tap Choose ringtone.
    2. Tap a ringtone then tap OK.
    3. Tap Vibrate to enable or disable.
      Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
  6. Tap the left arrow icon Left arrow icon (located in the upper-left).
