Moto Z Play Droid Edition - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon > Users & accounts.
  2. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  3. Tap Remove account.
  4. Review the notification then tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
