Clear App Cache - Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield

If your device runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze when running them, clearing the cached data may help.

Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Tap the Apps Icon > Settings Tap Settings > Application manager.
  2. Tap the appropriate app.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Tap Clear cache.
    Note This option may not be available for some apps.
  5. Tap OK.

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Tap the Apps Icon > Settings Tap Settings > Storage.
  2. Tap Internal shared storage.
  3. Tap Cached data.
  4. From the Clear cached data? prompt, tap OK.
