Samsung Galaxy J7 V / Galaxy J7 - Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Notification Settings

View this info if you're not getting notifications for your corporate email.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then tap Email Mail icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-left).
  3. Tap the Settings icon Email settings icon (located in the upper-left).
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Notifications, Notification sound, etc.).
