Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) Data Usage Settings - moto z2 force edition

This info helps if you're looking to modify the amount of data used by your corporate email account.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Arrow icon Arrow icon to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings icon > Users & accounts Users and accounts icon.
  3. Tap Corporate Email icon.
  4. Tap Account settings.
  5. Tap appropriate account.
  6. Edit any of the following:
    Note The available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.
    • Sync Frequency
    • Download size
    • Sync emails from
    • Peak time Sync
  7. If needed, engage your Exchange/IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., Download over Wi-Fi, Download file size, etc.).
