If your device runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze when running them, clearing the cached data may help.
Clear Individual App Cache
From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen. These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
Navigate: Settings > Apps.
Ensure All apps is selected (upper-left). If necessary, tap the Dropdown icon (upper-right) then select All apps.
Locate then select the appropriate app. If system apps aren't visible, tap the Menu icon (upper-right) > Show system apps.
Tap Storage.
Tap CLEAR CACHE. This option may not be available for some apps.
