My Verizon app (Prepaid) - Enable / Disable TravelPass®

Caution Once TravelPass is enabled, any international usage may incur the daily session charge; disabling TravelPass blocks international usage.

Note Notes:

  • TravelPass is only available for global capable devices.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to sign in and manage your account.
  • Ensure your app is up to date; the following steps apply to the current version.
  • Available settings vary based on user status (e.g., Account Owner, Member).


  1. If needed, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android® & iOS.
  2. From a Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  3. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (located in the upper-left) then tap Account.

  4. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then click Sign in.
  5. Tap Add-Ons.
  6. Scroll to TravelPass then tap Add (to enable) or Remove (to disable).
  7. From the Confirm pop-up, tap Confirm.
    Note After tapping 'Confirm' additional info may be displayed.
