My Verizon app - How to Add TravelPass®

Caution Once TravelPass is enabled, any international usage may incur the daily session charge; disabling TravelPass blocks international usage.

Note Notes:

  • TravelPass is only available for global capable devices.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to sign in and manage your account.
  • Ensure your app is up to date; the following steps apply to the current version.
  • Available settings vary based on user status (e.g., Account Owner, Member).


  1. From a Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
    Note If needed, install the My Verizon app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Account.

  3. If prompted, log in to My Verizon then click Sign in.
  4. Tap My Plan then from the International tab, view your current plan or tap Add new plan (lower-center) may require scrolling. 
  5. Scroll to TravelPass then tap Add (to enable) or Remove (to disable).
  6. From the Confirm pop-up, tap Confirm.
    Note After tapping 'Confirm' additional info may display.
