Common Camera Settings - Samsung Galaxy Tab A (8.0)

Note For additional info on camera settings, refer to the 'Camera and video' section of the user guide.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Camera icon Camera icon (at the bottom).
    Note If not available, swipe up or down from the center of a Home screen then tap Camera.
  2. For general camera settings, tap the Camera Settings icon Camera Settings Icon (lower-left).
  3. From the Default screen, swipe right or left to select an option:

Panorama

Create a linear image by taking pictures in either a horizontal or vertical direction.

Manually adjust the ISO sensitivity, exposure value, white balance, and color tone while taking pictures.

Continuous Shot

Touch and hold the Camera button icon Camera button icon to continuously take pictures.

Record Video

Tap the Record button Record button to start recording video. Tap the Stop button Stop button to stop recording.

Switch Cameras

Tap the Camera Facing icon to determine which camera to use:

  • Rear facing camera
  • Front facing camera
