Manage Settings - Verizon Cloud - Apple® iPhone®

Note Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

  1. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).
    Tap the Navigation Menu Icon
  3. Tap Settings.
    Tap Settings
  4. Settings options: Select an Option

 

What to Back Up

  1. Tap What to Back Up.
    Tap What to Back Up
  2. Drag the applicable switches left or right to enable or disable Backup settings.
    Note If prompted to give Verizon Cloud access files (e.g., Contacts, Photos, etc.), tap Allow.
    Note Enabled when in the green position.
    • Contacts
    • Photos
    • Videos
    Enable the appropriate settings

    • Wi-Fi Only
    • Wi-Fi + Mobile Network

My Account

  1. Tap My Account.
    Tap My Account
  2. Tap Complete My Profile.
    Tap Complete My Profile
  3. Enter an email address then tap Continue.
    Tap Continue
  4. On the security screen, follow the on screen prompts then tap Verify.
    Tap Verify
  5. Enter the PIN number from the email sent to your email account then tap Continue.
    Tap Continue
  6. Enter the following info then tap Done.
    • Greeting Name
    • Password
      Note Must be:
      • 8 - 20 characters
      • 1 letter
      • 1 number
      • Not easy to guess
    • Confirm the Password
    Tap Done
  7. Tap OK.
