Request Assistance - Roadside Assistance - Apple iOS

To request assistance select an option.

Immediate Assistance (Non-subscriber)
A Verizon customer who does not subscribe to the Roadside Assistance service can still use the service on a per use basis.
Logged In (Subscriber)
A Verizon customer who does subscribe to the Roadside Assistance service.

 

Immediate Assistance (Non-subscriber)

  1. Select Immediate Assistance.
  2. Select Continue.
  3. Continue with requesting assistance.

Logged In

  1. Select Request Assistance.
    If not already logged into the app, select Log In.
  2. Continue with requesting assistance.

Requesting Assistance

  1. Select Yes, I am safe.
    If you are not safe or are in an emergency situation, call 911.
  2. Select an option:
    • Use GPS
    • Use Address
      • Enter the address of the vehicle location then select Use Address.
  3. If prompted, select an option.
    • Don't Allow
    • OK
  4. If desired, add a picture of the location of the vehicle or any special instructions then select Continue.
  5. Select the vehicle issue.
    • Will not start
    • Has a flat tire
    • Out of fuel
    • Locked out / Lost keys
    • Has mechanical issue
    • Is damaged / stuck
    • Other
  6. Answer any additional question(s) then select Continue.
  7. Select Submit.
