Create Group Contacts - Enterprise Messaging (EMAG)

  1. Sign in to Enterprise Messaging.
  2. From the left navigation menu hover over 'Address Book' then click Groups.
    Note To view the navigation menu, click the red tab dotted tab.

  3. From the Groups screen, click Add New Group.
  4. Enter the Group Name, click the share switch to enable Shareable enabled or disable Shareable disabled group sharing then click Add.

  5. Click Add Participant.

  6. Click the radio button (small circles before a contact) to select the appropriate contacts then click Add.
    Note The 'Added Contacts' section displays the selected contacts.

  7. To delete a group:
    1. From the groups screen, click the radio button (small circle before a group name) to select the appropriate group, then click Delete.

    2. Click OK to confirm deleting group(s).
