Some devices may not sync all Verizon Cloud content. Content not synced is still protected in the cloud and accessible online (except for messages and call logs) through My Verizon or the Verizon Cloud desktop app.
The Verizon Cloud Sync folder is a folder on your computer that lets you quickly move files to the cloud.
The sync folder only contains files added from the computer; it doesn't have files backed up to the cloud from your mobile devices.
If you are having trouble syncing items from your computer, you can check the sync folders to ensure they are set to sync. From the Verizon Cloud desktop app, click Sync.
Select a folder then click Apply.
To sync all the folders select Sync all folders.
