Verizon Cloud - Web Browser - Tablet / Apple® iPad® - Restore Deleted Files

  1. Open the web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, etc.) on the tablet.
  2. Go to
  3. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
    Sign in to My Verizon
  4. Tap the Menu icon.
    Tap the Menu Icon
  5. Tap Settings.
    Tap Settings
  6. Tap Trash.
    Tap Trash
  7. Tap the Media type dropdown menu then select an option.
    • Media
    • Contacts
    Tap an Option
  8. Select the media/contact you want to restore by tapping the box next to that item.
    Note File selected when a check mark is present.
    Note To select all the items, tap Select All.
    Select a File/Contact
  9. Tap the Restore content icon.
    Tap the Restore Content Icon
  10. Tap OK.
