Verizon Cloud - Web Browser - Tablet / Apple® iPad® - Find / Remove Duplicate Contacts

  1. Open the web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, etc.) on the device.
  2. Go to
  3. Sign in to your My Verizon account.

  4. Tap the Menu icon.
    Tap the Menu Icon
  5. Tap Contacts.
    Tap Contacts
  6. Tap the Search icon (the magnifying glass).
    Tap Search Icon
  7. In the 'Search Contacts' field enter the identifying info of the duplicate contacts (i.e., name, phone number, email address, etc.).

  8. Select the duplicate contact then tap the Delete icon (the trash can).
    Note Contact is selected when a check mark is present.
    Tap the Delete icon
  9. Tap Delete to confirm.
  10. Tap OK.
  11. Tap the back arrow.
    Tap the Back arrow
  12. Tap the Sync icon.
    Tap the Sync Icon
