My Verizon app (Prepaid) - View Documents, Receipts and Agreements

If you want to view past account documents, receipts or agreements using the My Verizon app, view this info.

Note Notes:

  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 5.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 11.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to sign in and manage your account.
  • Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Member).

  1. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Account.
  3. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then tap Sign in.
  4. Tap Purchases.
    Note May require scrolling down.
  5. Tap Documents and receipts.
    Note Account Owners on a Prepaid Family Account, tap Select to view all lines on account or view an individual line.
  6. Tap the applicable item to view details.
    Note If there are no items to view, tap Got it to return to the previous screen.
