Ensure your app is up to date as
the following steps apply to the most recent version.
The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices
running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or
higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign
in and manage your account.
Available settings vary based on user type
(e.g., Account Owner, Member).
From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or
navigate: Apps > My
Tap the Menu icon (upper-left) then
Depending on the device you'd like to upgrade, scroll to one of
the following options then tap Shop:
Tap View to see the device feature details,
reviews and specs.
To continue ordering, tap Select.
From the 'Add a line or upgrade' screen tap
If Upgrade is not available, ensure selected device
is compatible with your plan.
From the 'Get Started' screen, tap Let's
If presented, select the desired device color then tap
Some devices have only one color option.
If presented, select the desired memory size then tap
Some devices have only one size option.
Add any additional items (e.g., accessories, etc.) then tap
Review the item(s) in your cart then tap
From the Complete your order screen, ensure all order details
are correct (e.g., shipping address, payment method, etc.).
If needed, tap the field then follow instructions to
modify order info.
To continue, tap the Terms and Conditions
checkbox then tap Place order.
'Place order' is greyed out until a valid payment
method is added.
From the purchase confirmation, tap
If needed, tap Cancel to return to the previous
