One Talk Desktop App - Set Up Device / Profile

Note Notes:

  • Profile setup occurs after the customer has already entered the One Talk phone number and entered the authentication PIN received via email.
  • For more details, refer to the user guide.

  1. Enter the following information in the appropriate fields:
    • Name
    • Company
    • Position (if desired)
  2. Select Add Photo to add a picture of yourself to your profile.
    Note You can select an existing image from your computer.
  3. Enter the address where you want to receive emergency services into the 911 Address field.
  4. Confirm your 911 address then tap Finish.
