  • Messages and call logs on the device are backed up but are not viewable on the Cloud website.

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  3. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (located in the in the upper-left).

  1. Tap What to back up.
    Tap what to Back Up
  2. Select the options then tap OK:
    Note Item is selected when a check mark is present.
    • Contacts
    • Photos
    • Videos
    • Music
    • Documents
    • Messages
    • Call History
    Tap OK

Upgrade Memory

  1. Tap Change plan (located in the upper-right).
  2. Tap a plan option:
    • 1 TB
    • 500 GB
    Select an Option
  3. To confirm the plan option, tap Upgrade.
    Tap Upgrade
  4. Tap OK.
