  • Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  • Messages and call logs on the device are backed up but are not viewable on the Cloud website.

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  3. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).

  1. Tap What to back up.

  2. Select the desired options then tap the Back icon Back icon (upper-left) to return to the Settings screen:
    Note Item is selected when a checkmark is present.

    • Documents
    • Messages
    • Call History
