Verizon Cloud - Android™ Tablet - Manage Photos / Videos

  • Images may vary depending upon device.
  • Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  • Unless the tablet has its own 10-digit mobile number, it's sharing a Verizon Cloud account with another device.

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Tap the Verizon Cloud Icon.
  3. Tap the Navigation Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-left).
  4. Tap Photos & Videos.
  5. Tap a sorting option:
  6. Navigate to a picture folder then tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-right).
  7. Tap Select Content.
  8. Tap a picture then do one of the following:
    Note Picture selected when highlighted in red.

 

Download / Restore

Tap the Download icon Tap the download Icon (upper-right).

Add a Favorite

  1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-right).
  2. Tap Add to Favorites.

Add to Album

  1. Tap the Add icon Tap the add Icon (upper-right).
  2. Tap New album.
    Note To add an existing album tap the appropriate album.
  3. Enter an album name then tap OK.

Remove Picture from Album

  1. Select Albums then tap an album.
  2. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-right).
  3. Tap Select Content.
  4. Tap a picture then tap the Contextual Menu icon.
  5. Tap Remove from Album.
  6. When prompted with 'Remove from Album', tap YES.

Delete an Album

  1. Tap Albums.
  2. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-right).
  3. Tap Select Albums.
  4. Select an album then tap the Contextual Menu icon.
    Note Album selected when highlighted in red.
  5. Tap Delete.
  6. When prompted with 'Are you sure you want to delete...', tap YES.

Delete a Picture

  1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-right).
  2. Tap Delete.
  3. When prompted with 'Delete', tap Yes.

View Flashbacks

Note Flashbacks are pictures that are stored in your Verizon Cloud that are at least a year old.

 

Select Flashbacks then tap an image

View Stories

Note Notes:

  • Only pictures with the .jpg (.jpeg) file extension are used to create Smart Folders.
  • During the initial backup, a folder must have at least 5 pictures in .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format to generate a Smart Folder.
  • If more pictures are added to an existing folder that had less than 5 pictures in it during the initial backup a Smart Folder is still not created. Creation of a new folder is required.
  • New folders being backed up must have at least 5 pictures in the .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format.

 

  1. Select Stories then tap a story.
  2. Tap the Play Story icon.
    Tap the Play Story Icon
  3. If prompted, tap Download RealTimes to download the required RealTimes player app.
  4. If prompted, tap Got It (lower-right).
  5. View the story then tap the Back icon Back Arrow (upper-left) to return to Verizon Cloud.

Edit a Photo

  1. Tap an image to open then tap the Edit icon (bottom-left).

  2. Tap an editing option (bottom):
    Edit Options
  3. Edit as desired then tap the Checkmark icon Check Icon (upper-right).
  4. Tap SAVE (upper-right) then tap the Back icon Back Arrow (upper-left) to return to Verizon Cloud.

Create Photo Collage

  1. Navigate to the desired pictures then tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Navigation Menu (upper-right).
  2. Tap Select Content.
  3. Select 2 to 9 pictures then tap the Contextual Menu icon.
    Note Selected when highlighted in red.
  4. Tap Create Collage.
  5. Tap Edit.
    Tap Edit
  6. Adjust the image layout.
    Note To change the image layout tap either the left or right arrow.

  7. Remove any unwanted pictures then tap DONE.
    Note The picture is removed from the collage if the checkmark is not highlighted.
    Tap Done
  8. Tap SAVE (upper-right) then tap the Back icon Back Arrow (upper-left) to return to Verizon Cloud.
