  • Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  • Unless the tablet has its own 10-digit mobile number, it's sharing a Verizon Cloud account with another device.
  • App instructions for Verizon Cloud for Tablets version 14.xx (for older tablet models):

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Tap the Verizon Cloud Icon.
  3. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).

  4. Tap Photos & Videos.

  5. Tap a sorting option:
    • All
    • Timeline
    • Flashbacks
    • Stories
    • Albums
    Select a sorting option
    Remove Picture from Album
    Delete an Album
    Create a Photo Collage
  6. Navigate to a picture folder then tap the Contextual Menu icon (upper-right).

  7. Tap Select Content.
    Tap Select Content
  8. Tap a picture.
    Tap a Picture
    Download/Restore
    Add a Favorite
    Add to Album
    Info About a Picture
    Delete a Picture
    View Flashbacks

Download/Restore

Tap the Download icon.
Tap Download

Add a Favorite

  1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Select the Contextual Menu (upper-right).
  2. Tap Add to Favorites.

  1. Tap the Add icon.

  2. Tap New album.
    Note To add an existing album tap the appropriate album.

Remove Picture from Album

  1. Tap Albums.

  2. Tap an album.

  3. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Select the Contextual Menu (upper-right).
  4. Tap Select Content.

  5. Tap a picture then tap the Contextual Menu icon Select the Contextual Menu (upper-right).

  6. Tap Remove from Album.

  7. When prompted with 'Remove from Album', tap Yes.

Delete an Album

  1. Tap Albums.

  2. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Select the Contextual Menu (upper-right).
  3. Tap Select Albums.

  4. Tap an album then tap the Contextual Menu icon (upper-right).

  5. Tap Delete.

  6. When prompted with 'Are you sure you want to delete...', tap Yes.

Delete a Picture

View Flashbacks

Note Flashbacks are pictures that are stored in your Verizon Cloud that are at least a year old.

  1. Tap Flashbacks.
    Tap Flashbacks
  2. Tap a Flashback.
    Tap Delete

View Stories

Note Notes:

  • Only pictures with the .jpg (.jpeg) file extension are used to create Smart Folders.
  • During the initial backup, a folder must have at least 5 pictures in .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format to generate a Smart Folder.
  • If more pictures are added to an existing folder that had less than 5 pictures in it during the initial backup a Smart Folder is still not created. Creation of a new folder is required.
  • New folders being backed up must have at least 5 pictures in the .jpg (.jpeg) format and 90% of the pictures must be in the .jpg (.jpeg) format.

  1. Tap Stories.
    Tap Stories
  2. Select a story.
    Select a Story
  3. Tap the Play Story icon.
    Tap the Play Story Icon
  4. If prompted, tap Download RealTimes to download the required RealTimes player app.
  5. If prompted, tap Got It (lower-right).
  6. View the story.
    View the Story
  7. Tap the Back Arrow (upper-left) to return to Verizon Cloud.
    Tap the Back Arrow

Add Stickers and Borders to a Photo

  1. Tap the Contextual Menu icon Tap the Contextual Menu (located upper-right).
  2. Tap Select Content.
    Tap Select Content
  3. Select a photo then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located upper-right).

  4. Tap Add Stickers.
    Tap Add Stickers
  5. Add a border or stickers.

Add a Border

  1. Tap Borders (located at the bottom).
    Tap Borders
  2. Adjust the border (e.g., Size, Radius, Color, etc.) as desired then tap Done.
    Tap Done
  3. Tap Save (located upper-right) then tap the Back Arrow (located upper-left).
    Tap Save

  1. Tap Stickers.

Create Photo Collage

  1. Navigate to the desired pictures then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located upper-right).

  3. Select the desired pictures then tap the Contextual Menu icon (located upper-right).
    Tap the Contextual Menu Icon
  4. Tap Create Collage.

  5. Tap Edit.

  6. Adjust the image layout.
    Note To change the image layout tap either the left or right arrow.

  7. Remove any unwanted pictures then tap Done.
    Note The picture is removed from the collage if the check mark is not highlighted.

  8. Tap Save then tap the Back Arrow.
