KYOCERA DuraXVLTE Software Update

Verizon Wireless is pleased to announce a software update for your device. This software update has been tested to optimize device performance, resolve known issues and apply the latest security patches.

Before you download:

  • Ensure your battery is fully charged before starting the software update.

System Update 4

Software Version: 1.406VZ (E4610); 1.406NC (E4610NC)

Android® Security Patch Level: 2018-04-01

This update includes:

  • Verizon MDM (Mobile Device Management) is now supported
  • Enhanced smooth handover from Wi-Fi Calling to HD voice call

This update fixes the following issues in which:

  • Cloud provisioning fails when the user skips Cloud setup during setup wizard
  • The text in list view mode and when pressing the View button does not match with Cloud app
  • The error screen is displayed when Cloud app is launched
  • The call does not switch over when disconnected from the far end during call waiting
  • The device vibrates when a new call comes and times out to answer during a call
  • When headset volume is at the maximum level, and the device is restarted, the headset level does not get adjusted back to the safe level
  • The device requires a data connection to save a file even though that file has already been received in Email app
  • The display is not turned off while flip is open after showing unread Emergency notifications
  • The character "A" cannot be input immediately after pressing the [2] key in XT9Word input mode
