Verizon Mobile + Home Discount Terms v2.4

In these Mobile + Home Discount Program Terms (the "Program Terms"), effective 8/31/23, you'll find important information about the Mobile + Home Discount Program (the "Mobile + Home Discount Program"), including our ability to make changes to the Mobile + Home Discount Program or the Program Terms.

"We", "our" or "us" refers to Verizon. "You" or "your" refers to you.

By enrolling in the Mobile + Home Discount Program, you're accepting the Program Terms, and acknowledge that you:

  1. Are at least 18 years old;
  2. Have read and agree to these Program Terms;
  3. Are able to download the new My Verizon app onto your mobile device; and
  4. Are a resident of the United States (excluding the US territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).

The Mobile + Home Discount Program is separate from any other rewards or loyalty program, and is subject to the Customer Agreements and other terms that may be applicable to your Verizon services. Any information we collect from your participation in the Mobile + Home Discount Program is governed by the Verizon Privacy Policy. These Program Terms and the documents it references form the entire agreement between us with respect to the Mobile + Home Discount Program.

    Overview of Mobile + Home Discount Program

    The Mobile + Home Discount Program makes special discounts available to customers who have eligible postpaid Verizon Wireless and Fios Internet plans/services ("Joint Customers"). Membership in Verizon Up is required to enroll in Verizon Mobile + Home Discount Program. Enrollment in the Mobile + Home Discount Program is available to all Joint Customers whose Wireless and Fios Internet accounts are in good standing. Both accounts must remain in good standing to receive any Mobile + Home Discount, saving, reward or other benefit ("Program Discounts"). Business, prepaid, and employee accounts are not eligible for the Mobile + Home Discount Program.     Enrolling in the Mobile + Home Discount Program

    To enroll in the Mobile + Home Discount Program, an authorized account owner/manager/user must:

    1. Set up online accounts for both your Verizon Wireless and Fios services;
    2. Download the My Verizon App on your smartphone; and
    3. Use the My Verizon App to link your Wireless and Fios Accounts.

    By enrolling in the Mobile + Home Discount Program, you agree that we may send you information about the Mobile + Home Discount Program via email, mail, texts, or push notifications on the My Verizon App, on your smartphone or tablet.

    Mobile + Home Discount Program Details

    Your Program Discounts may not be fully combinable with other Verizon offers / discounts. For example, if you belong to a Verizon Enhanced Community and/or receive Verizon Fios internet services as part of a bulk purchasing agreement, you may not qualify for the Program Discount or may qualify for a portion of the Program Discount. The amount of your Program Discount, if any, will depend upon the other discounts you receive. You will not receive a Program Discount that would result in your Verizon Wireless or Fios bill falling below $0 monthly.

    You may link only one Verizon Wireless with one Fios Internet account. After linking accounts you cannot later change which accounts are linked, even if you have multiple Wireless and/or Fios Internet accounts. Note: Customers will not incur additional financial obligations by enrolling in the Mobile + Home Discount Program and linking their Verizon Wireless and Fios accounts. Late payment on one account will not affect services or the status of the other account, though it may affect your Program Discounts.

    Mobile + Home Discount Program Discounts

    The amount of your Program Discounts are determined by the type of services selected on your Wireless and Fios/In Home internet accounts. Any changes made to your existing services may impact the discounts and rewards you receive. You can easily change your services from the My Verizon app at any time.

    For either (1) existing Fios Internet customers adding Wireless service, or (2) existing customers with both Fios Internet and Wireless service:

    • With a Welcome Unlimited and Unlimited Welcome wireless plan plus any Fios internet plan, save $5/mo per wireless phone line.
    • With any Wireless phone plan (except Welcome Unlimited and Unlimited Welcome plans) plus Fios Gigabit Connection internet, save $10/mo per Wireless phone line.
    • With any Wireless phone plan plus Fios Internet (speeds other than Fios Gigabit Connection), save $5/mo per Wireless phone line. Discount(s) will be applied to your monthly wireless bill.

    For existing Wireless customers adding Fios Internet service:

    • With Premium Unlimited Wireless phone plans* plus Fios Internet, save $25/mo off Fios Internet account.
    • With all other Wireless plans plus Fios Internet, save $10/mo off Fios Internet account. Discount will be applied to your monthly Fios bill.

    *Premium Unlimited Wireless Plans include: Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus, Beyond Unlimited; Beyond Unlimited With 5G Ultra Wideband; Above Unlimited; Above Unlimited With 5G Ultra Wideband; Play More Unlimited; Do More Unlimited; Get More Unlimited; Play More Unlimited 5G UW; Do More Unlimited 5G UW; Get More Unlimited 5G UW; 5G Play More; 5G Do More; 5G Get More and One Unlimited for iPhone.

    Earning Monthly Service Discounts

    Depending on your level of Wireless and Fios internet service, you may receive monthly service discounts every month, as long as both accounts are in good standing.

    Termination or Changes to Your Mobile + Home Discount Account or the Program

    Program Discounts are based on qualified Wireless and Fios internet services. Changes to these services can result in adjustments to Program Discounts. If you terminate either your Verizon Wireless or Fios internet account, your Mobile + Home Discount Program account will be closed and you'll forfeit any Program Discounts. We may monitor Mobile + Home Discount Program accounts and member activity for compliance with the Program Terms. We can suspend or terminate your Mobile + Home Discount Program account at any time. You may lose monthly service discounts if the status of either your Verizon Wireless or Fios internet account changes, you fail to make payments on either your Verizon Wireless or Fios internet accounts, we suspect fraudulent activity, or we make changes to the Mobile + Home Discount Program. We may change these Program Terms at any time, with or without notice. By enrolling in, or otherwise participating in, the Mobile + Home Discount Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept these Program Terms. Verizon reserves the right to modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms and conditions in the Program Terms in our sole and absolute discretion, without further notice or compensation to you, and you waive any right to receive specific individual notice of such modifications. Verizon reserves this right even if such changes affect the value of any Program Discounts already accumulated. This means that Verizon may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, how to enroll and how Program Discounts are applied or used. This also means that Verizon may terminate the Mobile + Home Discount Program, or any benefit of the Mobile + Home Discount Program, or substitute the Mobile + Home Discount Program for a similar or different rewards program at any time. Any updates to these Program Terms will be effective immediately upon posting at https://www.verizon.com/support/mobile-home-discount-legal and in the My Verizon App, where you may access the Program Terms to review changes to the Mobile + Home Discount Program or the Program Terms. If you continue to remain in the Mobile + Home Discount Program after the Mobile + Home Discount Program or Program Terms change, it means you're accepting the changes to the Mobile + Home Discount Program and the Program Terms.

    Limitations of Liability

    Both of us agree to limit claims against each other for damages or other monetary relief to direct damages. This limitation and waiver will apply regardless of the theory of liability.
