No Longer Supported: Backup Assistant
Backup Assistant has been discontinued and is no longer supported by Verizon.
You can use Verizon Cloud instead of Backup Assistant. Verizon Cloud can back up your contacts, as well as your pictures, videos and more. Learn more about available Cloud plans.
Note: Certain older phones may not be compatible with Verizon Cloud. If you find that your device isn’t compatible, consider shopping for a new phone.
